Relax in the pure nature of the green Umbrian landscape at this charming pool retreat for family and friends!
Welcoming guests of all ages, this blissful 2-level retreat is ideal to slow down and unwind with your loved ones. The property offers a shared garden with olive groves and an organic orchard, alongside open-air dining to enjoy during the summers. There is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers to splash about anytime and in-house there are many entertainment amenities to keep you engaged, including a Smart TV, a books and games library, a music stereo and free Wi-Fi. This is a second-floor holiday rental with 4 bedrooms and it easily accommodates up to 7 guests. Inside, it has characteristic exteriors and interiors complemented by modern facilities like a dishwasher and coffee machine in the fully-equipped kitchen for a carefree holiday.
For groups bigger than 7, the apartment can be rented with a studio. Please refer to property ID 6650.

The holiday apartment is in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the beautiful Monteleone d\'Orvieto and 20 minutes from the major attractions of Umbria, the green heart of Italy. Monteleone’s medieval walls, historical centre, and churches of SS. Apostoli and SS. Crucifisso, all make for interesting cultural and historical visits, meanwhile, the Medieval Torrione (Big tower) is perfect to soak up a sweeping view of Tuscany, Umbria and even Lazio! For lovers of nature, day trips to the pristine Meana Forest and Setti Fratti are about an hour away. If you love picturesque hiking experiences then, Cascate delle Marmore route is also about the same distance. Perugia (and the historical centre of pilgrimage, Assisi) is about 75 minute drive away. Rome and Florence are between a 1.45-2 hours drive. The nearest international airport is San Francesco d’ Assisi. Please note that the pool is open from the 6th of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
