“Easy to access house. We only stayed in the main part of the house and it was rainy season. So cooler and the AC in the bedrooms was very needed still. We had a slight issue with on demand water heater in main house shower but went over to the guest house to shower the kids. Pool was perfect. There is a packn play and high chair for the younger kids. We rented surf boards from Brett’s Surfboards down the road. ”

“The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) ”

“Great place to stay. Close to everything. Felt very safe there and the service was excellent. The room had a few nicks and bumps, but nothing to really complain about. No laundry soap supplied, but was literally down the street and was affordable. I highly recommend. ”

“The home in Jaco Beach was the perfect size for our two families. Our host was friendly and responsive. The pool and beach access was convenient and fun. “Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

“We loved our time at Villa CocoSol! Our family of six stayed at this property for 3 weeks and we all had so much fun. The beach is just steps away with perfect waves for surfing or boogie boarding.
