"I liked how we had a pool and it was good vibes. the room was clean and the beds were pretty good. the place is secure u need certain key cards to actually get in. the guy in the front was super kind he was great! thank god there was ac. Ac was on blast all dayyyy and it was just a good experience."

"Beautiful home! Exactly as listed. Spacious, clean just perfect. We loved the outdoor space and the large island accommodated all of us. Parking was super easy and fit 4 cars perfectly. Very short walk to beach and restaurants. Great vacation! Thank you"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property on Brown Street. The location was one of its biggest highlights—it was an easy walk to the beach, making it a perfect choice for anyone who loves spending time by the ocean. It was also just a few blocks from Crab’s Claw, along with several other restaurants, shops, and places to grab a bite.The house was clean, well-maintained, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is another house on the property, so the backyard is shared rather than private. However, the private outdoor shower was a wonderful feature that my husband and boys especially enjoyed after long days at the beach.The only amenities we really missed were a washer and dryer. The house also does not have a dishwasher, but since we used paper plates and disposable products for most meals, that wasn’t an issue for us.One thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time is that Lavallette does not allow white kitchen garbage bags for curbside trash collection. We weren’t aware of that rule before arriving, so it would have been nice if that information had been included in the house instructions for guests.Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants, this is a great choice. We’d definitely recommend it for the convenience and excellent location."
