Great stay!

This is our second time at Betsy’s Nest and just like the first time the property was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Great location to Monterey and Pacific Grove. And our two dogs loved it too.

Fantastic Betsys Nest

This property has everything you could need. The view of the Bay was amazing as you sit on the front deck by the fire table. We can’t say enough about how great this place was. You have to experience it for yourself. We highly recommend Betsy’s Nest.

Monterey cottage

Betsy’s place in Monterey is a beautiful place to stay. We loved sitting out in the front of the house where there is a view of the ocean. We also enjoyed the backyard where there is a BBQ, and a table and chairs to sit at. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The two bedrooms have their own baths. There is also a family room with tv. Very comfortable!

Delightful

This is a perfectly located clean home in Monterey/Pacific Grove. Fully stocked kitchen (except for dull knives) with every appliance one could need. Fenced yard for the dog, comfortable beds and furniture both inside and out. Great laundry room. A bit over decorated... to the point of inconvenience because we had to move things to use the table and countertops. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Betsy's Nest. The house was very clean, very well equipped and just comfortable all around. Last year we stayed in Pacific Grove, but this home is located so close to PG and ultimately on a more quiet street, so we liked the location better. Still close enough to Asilomar that we were able to make our daily trek to the beach. We also liked that the neighborhood had sidewalks, which made our walk with our dog much safer. Highly recommend!

The outdoor area was also perfect with a nice outdooe grill in the back and a great hangout space with a view in the front. Great location that is walkable to Pacific Grove and Cannery Row.

Perfect house for a Monterey getaway

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. It was completely equipped with everything we needed. And the location was perfect to walk down to the Aquarium, Cannery Row or a nice walk along the water into Pacific Grove. Would stay there again!

Return to paradise

We lived in Pacific Grove in the past. It still feels like home to us and we return frequently. This was our first experience with Vrbo. It won’t be our last. Betsy’s Nest is so comfortable and homey. We felt immediately at ease. There are so many thoughtful extras. The home is lovely. It is in a perfect location to enjoy the best of this paradise on the bay.

Good location, comfortable house, great for our Corgi-mix dog

We enjoyed our stay at Betsy’s Nest. We are walkers and it is a short walk to Monterey, Pacific Grove and the Recreation Trail. The house is clean and well-appointed, has comfortable beds and furniture, a nice front deck overlooking Monterey Bay, a garage with driveway parking, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, good location in a quiet neighborhood, and welcomes dogs with cozy blankets. The only complaint we have is the large number of decorative items throughout the house. While they are very nice, we needed to move them to have space to live comfortably in the house.

Best Place we have rented

We rent a home/condo 2 months every winter. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at. The photo's of the place were accurate. The place might even be better. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans that were first class. Even had RO water. The laundry had new appliances. Location was nearly ideal. Very short drives to markets, restaurants and the water. Walking to the Aquarium has only .5 mile. The garage was big enough to hold extra beach gear along with the car. Note, the rental agency wouldn't give us a garage door opener so we had to walk through the house to open the garage. The only negative was the rental agency was very slow to respond to problems at the house. I would definitely stay at the place again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our monthlong stay at Betsy’s Nest! The home was clean, bright, and tidy when we arrived and well-equipped. The outdoor furniture gave us two extra “rooms.” The kitchen had every small appliance and gadget - and we used them all! The towels were luxurious! The home is perfectly located- 1/2 way between downtown Pacific Grove and downtown Monterey. We could see the ocean from the front deck and we could walk down to restaurants, a grocery store, and the aquarium! Everything worked (tvs, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi). The office staff was so helpful when I had a question or needed advice- thanks especially to Barbara and Susan, and Daniel. It was a wonderful, welcoming home-away-from-home. Thank you!!

The house was clean and the location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, Cannery Row, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a wonderful stay!
