「Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. 「It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! 」
