「Very clean condo, great host and easy check in/out. Instructions for check out were nice and light, which I greatly appreciate. Kitchen, living room area are updated and sofa is nice and comfy. Bathrooms were a little outdated but very clean. The only thing I would add is extra towels. Neighbors are quiet and parking/location is easy. We rented a boat just a few miles away for 1/2 day and really enjoyed our stay! 」

「The condo is located right on Lake Conroe and 10 minutes from shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The condo is an extremely safe neighborhood and the neighbors were great. The pool was clean and we definitely used it. The condo itself has an amazing water view. It’s modern, clean, and fully stocked. My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much that as a retired person, we’ve decided to retire to this part of Texas. I’m grateful to the owners of the cond for the wonderful job they’ve...

「Very nice owners who responded immediately to questions. Initially keyless entry was tricky for me, so Kendra helped, and also supplied a hidden key if needed. Lots of parking and a coded gate for security. Nice pool. A beautiful lake with boat access directly in the back and a pretty brook in the front. The only problem was this brook attracts a lot of mosquitos and mayflies (in front), which may be just a seasonal problem. This condo is nicely decorated, very comfortable, a well supplied...
