「Rooms where fairly dirty, but what was the very worst was when the mattress was lifted up, there was no plastic waterproof bed liner that most hotels put on mattress to protect from bed bugs, pee and other stains. Long story short under the mattress was a bunch of dog hair dirt food and also dead bed bugs. I didn't stick around long enough to see if there was any actual live ones. Your customer service at the front desk of an older lady and gentleman were fantastic.」

「The place was so rundown in a lot of disrepair. It didn’t even have a hair dryer. I would not even stay for breakfast. I will never stay at any place owned by you company. I didn’t feel safe. Both motels didn’t even have a toaster at breakfast. I will let people we know about our experience. I realize that it was very reasonable price. But I expect it not to be disgustingly unsafe. We only stayed a few hours then left after driving 10 hours on the road.」
