Beautiful 4 bedroom Home in Capitol Heights! Very nice sitting porch across the front of the home. Relax and enjoy. Recent refinished hardwood floors through out,new paint on walls, ceilings ,trim and cabinets. New privacy fence with reinforced gates. Six cars oversize garage behind the home with builtin shelving, large workbench and cabinets.

Won’t Rent Again
Property had virtually no parking. Garage not accessible as described. Handicap ramp area needs repair. Mice or rats could be heard in cabinets at night. Shower and dishwasher not working. Tv in living room not working. House is outdated and needs repaired. Only good part was it was close to work area which was reason for our time in Montgomery. Price was reasonable but I would not rent again. Very disappointed.

Hidden Gem!
The house was organized and had more room than I expected. The only issue was the code during check-in but it was quickly resolved by the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Rustic Historic Town and Houses
Kind of a rustic feel, but overall a comfy home. Neighbors were quiet and minded their business. The commute to stores and restaurants are within minutes away. Avoid Popeyes the restaurant lol. They take forever even when they don't have car's or arent busy your wait time is easily 10 min or more. The older people in Alabama are very friendly, but the younger generation could use some work. The Legacy Museum is cheap to afford and the tickets last a whole year. Hours worth of viewings. The Ride along Safari was cool. Just don't get trapped in by the Llamas. They walk up in bunches to your car, but are super friendly. They love to eat. The camels are buckets snatchers so be careful with them lol. Overall, i'll give it a 8 out of 10. I would visit again in the future. Sadly i stay 9 hours from Alabama so it won't be anytime soon. But Great experience overall.
