The suite was older, and probably could use an update.but everything was clean and best of all sifuated so we could not hear the people with children in the room tight by ours! The staff was exceptional! The waitress was wonderful! we would go back if we are ever in the area again!

The room was very clean and in excellent repair, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. The atmosphere was very calm and spa like. There was no noise in the evening or nighttime that sometimes you hear at other hotels. The way they have the elevators and rooms it’s very secluded of noise control. The only negative is the shower, when turned on the pipes would make a loud rattling noise. So loud, no one else in the room could hear the TV and it went on for the whole shower and every time anyone showered.

Room was great, check in at 4 p.m but not ready until 4:45 p.m due to housekeeping not having ready upon arrival. Had to wait with our luggage in lobby with our small dog and other guest whose rooms were not ready. Only one hotel desk clerk actively helping other clerk let line pile up behind me. Very frustrating.

Front desk/reception service was great. Curtains need attention, shower amenities need attention, water temp ok, 2 television; 1 remote. Phone contact through corporate call center was awful. Took 1 hour and multiple calls to finally speak to someone at the hotel. Needs serious attention to details and unnecessary repeated loops to speak to a live person. Overall update /appearance needed for price and location to remain preferred hotel.

This past weekend was my first time to Montgomery and first time staying in Embassy Suites ever. I want to say that the Staff was Wonderful very friendly and so Accommodating to our family stay, and apart of this Staff Ms. NETTA was kind, patient, funny, showed hospitality and most definitely professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the future I will be booking with Embassy Suites for travel, especially my next trip back to Montgomery, Alabama.
