“The only issue I had was there were a couple of light bulbs that need replacing in our room. They also need microwaves in all the rooms.”

“They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. Fan in bathroom was taped on the wall above the towel rack. After showering and using the fan, there was dust all over the white towels on the……

“We had live roaches in our room. We took the bug to the front desk attendant and he offered another room. We declined and asked for a refund. The attendant declined because we used a third party app. We would like a refund.”

“Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold food, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Near lots of restaurants, grocery, and Target in case you are interested in that. We had to call the desk to get housekeeping once it was too late. However, our housekeeper was so helpful and nice during our 9 day stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had helpful and friendly staff. Everything was great, especially the breakfast buffet.”

“The hotel restaurant is the ONLY place to eat around the lake and it closes at 8pm so when we got back from fishing at 9:30 we were outta luck. There's NOTHING around here to eat, no vending machines, no pizza delivery, nothing. The stairs were being remodeled so couldn't use those. Other than that it was ll fine, small TV, rough mattresses”

“We booked our room for one night and then decided to stay longer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean towels, bath mat etc . everyday. Plenty of ice when we needed it. Will stay again when we head back to Kentucky. ”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.”

“Very clean. Good location. Parking was a bit crowded, ended up having to park at back of the building both nights. Our room was great. Close to many stores and restaurants. Didn’t use the pool but the area looked clean.”
