“The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! We loved the layout of the home for our families needs during our week-long stay. We were at the max capacity of 12 people and still had plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed the porch during our evenings. Our stay was quiet during the week. The host contacted us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure! The boat ramp was right down the road Ramsey point easy to get to. Plenty of parking……

“We had a great stay here. The house was well appointed and worked perfectly for our trip. Super convenient to the Prudy Hill dock - highly desirable for us. Couch and beds were really comfortable and the TV/Roku combos made it super easy to chill out after a day on the water. Dodi was a great host, checked in several times ahead of and during our stay, and was such a pleasure. She made it so easy. I highly recommend a visit!”

“I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass……
