Giano has an area of about 30 sqm. It is a small house with a wooden gable roof, located right next to the pool at the foot of a centuries-old oak grove. It is a two-room apartment featuring a central fireplace that faces both the bedroom and the kitchen, creating a very intimate atmosphere. This solution also recalls the etymology of the word “Boccheggiano,” which seems to derive from “Bocche di Giano,” the two-faced god of classical mythology. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, hob, and double sink. The wooden ceiling and terracotta flooring, both inside and outside, help create a warm and welcoming environment. Among the comforts: Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
The Agriturismo San Michele is located in the upper Maremma region of Tuscany, in an area characterized by medieval villages and surrounded by nature. The property is about 1.5 km from the town center of Boccheggiano, in the municipality of Montieri, near the provincial road connecting Follonica to Siena. The small rural complex of San Michele consists of six independent buildings set in greenery. The buildings are close to the swimming pool, which is located within a park of centuries-old oaks, and each accommodation has a large private space.
