“Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. She got us an assigned spot for our stay that was much easier for entering and exiting the garage. All……

“Was not expecting a keypad lock into the room and takes a bit to learn when not used to it. A few bugs in the bathroom sink on day 1 but washed down the drain with no returns. Very basic set up with a bed, tv and fridge but not much else. Great to just lay your head when you have to be away all day but not to stay in during poor weather. Wish someone said we had access to the garage, also, but stayed parked outside since was not told how that amenity works. For what my weekend was, would……

“Place is absolutely NOTHING like the pic on their site. The ceiling of the entrance where you check in, was falling apart, and I mean gaping holes 20X20 feet holes. No gym, no restaurant, no vending machines. Key cards to the room didn’t work, maintenance had to come and pick the lock apart to use a key to get us the room, then they told us if we left the room, we had no way to get back in. Hallways had holes in the walls with plaster patches, carpets were FILTHY. There were piles of trash out……

“Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!”

“We stayed one night for visit to Duquesne University. Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was bit noisy and woke us up few times. All in all we had great stay.”

“The room was very clean and the facility was great. My only complaint was the breakfast was TERRIBLE. We spent extra money to make sure we had breakfast. We arrived 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and there was no food left. The food that was left was ICE cold.”

“Normally I don’t leave a review but they earned it. The sheet look used , water tap is broken, the shower head barely works with all the water still came out the bottom. The whole room smells funny.”
