Rooms were a good size and looked unique. Free underground parking which was really nice. A nice litte 24hour small concession with microwave food to purchase. Great for in a pinch and really need something. Location is the best thing as there are lots of shops and food places around, all walking distance as this is located in a shopping and entertainment district/complex.

Great spot right off Highway 30 in a largely pedestrian outdoor shopping complex. Great if you are travelling with a dog as many of the restaurants (all walking distance) have patios and allowed us to dine with our dog. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable, and lots of little thoughtful touches make it feel a bit special. Will absolutely stay again.

Great location. Nice and clean. The only odd thing is that the washroom is not fully enclosed. There is an opening at the top of the wall, so it is partially open to the bedroom.

Very nice modern hotel super clean and everything perfect HOWEVER the bath tub is EXTREMELY dangerous with the soap can get very slippery and no anti-slip strips on the floor of the tub and no security handle to hold onto while getting in or out of the tub; This is the only comment : EVERYTHING ELSE IS PERFECT

I had a wonderful stay at Alt Hotel Quartier DIX30. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean, and extremely well located. The biggest advantage is the location — being right in the heart of Quartier DIX30 means there are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the modern atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.
