The Space:
Booking for a large family or group? Why not spread out and enjoy the luxury of an entire floor in these two beautiful apartments combined for an incredible stay in the bohemian, youthful Le Plateau neighborhood?
Main features of the combined apartments:
→ 5 BEDROOMS and common area sleep space provide accommodations for up to 18 as such:
BEDROOM 1: 2 double beds
BEDROOM 2: 2 double beds
BEDROOM 3: 1 king bed
BEDROOM 4: 1 king bed
BEDROOM 5: At the end of the 2nd living area, there is a semi-private third bedroom featuring a twin bed that can be converted into a larger bed (using two twin-size mattresses). It includes a dresser and a desk, and a curtain can be extended for added privacy.
LIVING AREA 1: 2 twin beds (it's a twin daybed that converts to two twin beds)
LIVING AREA 2: 1 single futon bed
→ 2 LIVING ROOMS! One with a large, sunny open space with a sofa, Smart TV, and a desk. The other is also luminous and features a futon sofa bed and Smart TV plus a daybed with trundle under the window. Both make for spectacular spaces to relax and enjoy time together when not out sightseeing. You can connect to your Netflix, Web channels or other streaming TV service on the Smart TVs to enjoy entertainment when relaxing at home.
→ 2 fully-equipped KITCHENS! Both have everything you'd need (in fact TWO of everything) to prepare meals at home from high-end large and small appliances, coffee makers, hot water kettles, toasters, microwaves, cookware and dishes
→ 2.5 BATHROOMS: one is a full bath, a half bath, and one with a shower and sink (no toilet).

Getting Around:
The apartment building is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you.
Once you’re here, you can walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under 30 min! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Blue line)
If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. You can purchase one permit for $8 every 24 hrs entering the code PMR02 in any parking kiosk (please remember to leave the permit on your dashboard). *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS*

- In the heart of St-Laurent's vibrant nightlife, steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night.
- Incredible spot for digital nomads and longer stays.
- All taxes (GST & QST) are included in your price. We can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
- The apartments are on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 flights.
Keeping It Chill:
- This area buzzes with energy day and night
- 3 of the bedrooms face onto St. Laurent Street (heart of Montreal's famous nightlife). Usually, the white noise from the ACs or fans helps a lot. (we provide earplugs for light sleepers.)
- The apartment has independent AC units, except for 2 bedrooms that share the living room AC. Closing the curtains helps keep those bedrooms cool during the day.
- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm
- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.
Must-Knows:
- Main guest must be 18+ to book
- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!)
- Pets are allowed, subject to approval. Let us know if you are travelling with your furry friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)

- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
- There is a balcony with a ladder for an emergency exit. You can enjoy a coffee sitting on that balcony. Children must be supervised closely to prevent falls through the opening where the ladder is located. This opening is between the two units and is covered by a 2-foot pet fence for safety. The balcony is shared between the two apartments, there is no privacy screen between them.
- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.
- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors and stairs
- Please no candles, incense or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.
