We'll be back... for the location AND the pool table!!!!!

it's very livable, showers strong and hot, beds plenty big. great open floor plan... pool table sooooooo fun. we were on that all the time. and the location is stellar. like PERFECT. do note that two bedrooms don't have full height (stop a foot from the ceiling)... not a big deal, put the kids in those. but, it's worth noting. I'm sure it's a building code thing as I've run into that before on builds with the city. I'm not dinging the stars therefore, but I would maybe highlight that a little better as we sort of missed it in the listing description... but it's noted there. Second full bath (they are plenty nice BTW), is on the ground floor, w BRs all upstairs... so it plays better in the powder role than second shower for obvious reasons. but all and all this place is a gem and we would rent it again...
