Perfect work trip!

Perfect spot for me and 3 colleagues to stay while attending a conference downtown. Lots of space and great location.

Great Time

My friends and I booked this place for a couple of days and had an amazing time. The metro was within walking distance so it was easy to travel to different parts, place was very clean and safe. There were a variety of places you could eat that were within 20 minute walk as well if you wanted to eat out.

Lovely place and gracious hosts

This charming place was perfectly situated in the heart of Montreal and very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Only 3 small issues: 1) a large window in the front bedroom did not open which required us to use the air-conditioner in lieu of getting fresh cool night air; 2) although there was an abundance of paper towels, the only toilet paper was what was left on the dispensers so we bought our own; and 3) there were no reading lamps by the bedsides. That is major to us. Once those small issues are resolved, this place would be the best Montreal getaway.

Had a nice stay and enjoyed our time. Lots of traffic in Montreal and parking was always a challenge. I would recommend not renting a car. House was nice and great for 4 of us.

Fun visit to Montreal!

Julian was very accommodating and quick to respond! The place was a little bare, but perfectly fit our groups' needs for our long weekend stay. I do agree with a previous review that the front door lock felt flimsy, but we didn't feel unsafe staying here. Overall, would stay again with a large group.

Not the safest location

The property was overall good. I was impressed with the kitchen supplies, toiletries & towels available and cleanliness of the property. However for the price I paid I would have expected to not have a few of these issues: 1) only 1 a/c unit in 1 of the 4 bedrooms, other bedrooms were very stuffy and hot 2) beds needed better pillows 3) dishes were quite dirty 4) the lock on the front door was loose 5) permit parking not available for guests I bring up issues 4 & 5 because one of our cars was stolen at 3am right outside of the property and our other car was attempted break in with some damage. Stolen car was recovered by police with windows smashed and all electrical components stolen. It’s going to be a real challenge to get the car fixed and back to the US as we are currently fighting with our insurance company. I did inquire about parking before booking and were told that there is usually plenty of street parking available for guests. Not the way I want to end a vacation. So my advice is if you are coming from the US with a car, you are better off staying and parking at a hotel.

Great apartment in downtown Montreal with a great host

Spacious and well-provisioned apartment close to two metro lines, restaurants, night life, etc. Julian was accommodating, communicative, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice place

Ideal for our group attending a sporting event at the Forum with great access to metro system for other exploring. Well stocked kitchen, nice clean bathrooms. Bedrooms are a little sparsely furnished but mattresses were comfortable. . Could use more pillows and bedside storage!

Hockey game trip

We went to Montreal to see Canadiens hockey game at Bell Centre and this property was in walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious and all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Also in close proximity to Metro station which we used to get around the city during our stay. As was mentioned in previous review the parking was tight so we decided to leave our vehicle at a long term parking by Bell Centre for the duration of the stay which worked out very well. I certainly would recommend staying here and would consider staying again if we return to Montreal. The host Julian was responsive and nice to deal with for our trip.

Nice sport!

Close to multiple public transportation options so it provided a nice base for us to sightsee around town. Clean and nice spot.

Great place without a car.

Property is beautiful, large, with spacious rooms. It is well equipped with most anything you'll need, especially the kitchen. Not everyone was able to get a thick blanket but there are heat controls in every room. Perhaps bring an extra blanket for your stay if you need something weighty or bundle up with the towels provided. There is a limited amount of parking space around the immediate area as most of the spots are either reserved or already taken. You can still find parking on the other streets, which is not too far from the property. However, it is likely that you will need to move your car around to maintain free parking as many parking spots have different timings. Location is very close to shops, restaurants, a mall, and transportation. Great place if you don't have a car with you.
