Nothing run down building lights weren’t on at anytime so at night I past the place It’s was horrible was on second floor and there was ants and other bugs had to buy a bath mat just to take shower Wyndham should be ashamed

Bad paint job in bathtub and shower, didn’t use as gross. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, staff were friendly, but no buffet breakfast provided even though it said breakfast included. Convenient to National Park and town center.

This place is horrible no breakfast was available at 8am staff was rude .my reservation was canceled before I arrived ,Had to walk to lobby 3 times before staff finally came down to room to assist with opening the door housekeeping was yelling up and down the hall right outside room starting at 8 am coffee maker in room had old moldy coffee pods in it with dried up coffee in pot all of this and overcharged for room on top of a 50 dollar deposit we were not told about and the whole place smelt like black mold .

There was amble parking, though, I didn’t have a car. The lady that worked at the front desk in the lobby was very nice. The breakfast was was good. What I found disappointing was that my room was not serviced. No new towels trashcan not emptied. I checked in on a Friday and left on Monday.. I wasn’t even asked if I needed additional towels or any thing with the room. I could’ve used another bath towel. Foot towel another tiny soap, and a lotion.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and has character, and the parking lot felt very safe and brightly lit at night. The shower and the bathtub in the bathroom were great as well with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. I will certainly stay here again.

It was clean, quiet, and the room was comfortable. We were short towels when we got there. Breakfast was very limited. I would probably stay there again knowing what to expect now.

Couldn't even take a shower, it was so gross. I got more than 20 mosquito bites the night I stayed, then contracted a serious reaction 2 days later, which I believe was West Nile because I learned was prevalent in Montrose at the time. I thought for one night I'd be fine but I was so very wrong. I paid a high price indeed for that mistake.

First room they put us smelled of Mildew, The second room they put us in the door locks would not open. Even for the STAFF. The third room they put us in the toilet plugged up in the middle of the night! They do not keep a person in the office at night? Good luck finding help? I was in Building "C" , They leave the outside doors open on this building to keep it aired out since it smells of mildew even in the halls. If you choose to stay at this Red Arrow Hotel make them give you a room that is not in Building "C.". Building "C" is in bad need of renovation.

The entire place smelled like mold. Mold in the shower, mildew in the hallways, not on the walls, holes, and the curtains p slime on the side of the wood by the fridge. Honestly, this should be a health department violation. The best part of the place was when we left. We went to the front desk. They had no other rooms could not help us. Since there was a festival going on there was literally nowhere else to stay.
