“Excellent property for our large multigeneration family. We have stayed at many similar sized properties and this one ranks with our favorites. Lot's of bedrooms/sleeping options and plenty of room for different activities at the same time. Beds and furniture were comfortable with many reading nooks and napping options. Well appointed and stocked kitchen. Most impressed with the dining table. First time our entire family could eat together at one table. Lot's of water activity options……

“Location was great, definitely amazing way to disconnect for a couple days with the family. Only had 1 problem which was the stove top not working but besides that everything else was great.”

“This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.”

“Host was very nice and informative. The room was nice, cozy and had all the necessary essentials. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan to move the air around. ”

“Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house. Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged. Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the……

“Nothing to add”

“Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically……

“Peaceful setting”

“What a gem this place is! The home is charming, spotless, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and learning the story behind the home made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying at a cozy bed and breakfast than a typical vacation rental. We were greeted with a personalized welcome letter and a thoughtfully prepared guidebook filled with recommendations for things to see, do, and eat in the area. The……
