「We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but it's close to lots of cafes and bars etc. The only comment was the shallow shower tray meant the bathroom got very wet and we struggled to keep it dry. A small fridge would have been ideal as well as it can get very hot in Santander.」
