「The hot water only stays on for about two minutes and then turns completely cold, making it difficult to shower. The beds are also very old and extremely squeaky, which makes it hard to rest. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet.
