“Whole place is dated. Room was old, and "patched up" in several places. They didn't replace towels or clean the room the whole week. We asked for housekeeping service and they came and only made the bed, and gave us a few towels. They didn't clean the bathroom, or even empty the garbage cans. The breakfast bar had no proteins, only cereals and breads. The hot tub did not get hot, and most evenings the pool and hot tub were closed well before the posted closing time. We were in town to……

“The bathroom was not clean. There was only one cup in the room for use and it was open. The second bed had not been changed; it had something on the sheets that looked like dried up snot on it. Makes you wonder where else the staff is coming up short. Breakfast was only half out and the equipment was not working. I’ll give them credit that it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I just expected to be able to have all the choices until the stopping time not before. ”

“2-years in a row that the pool was closed. Shower head leaked & had weak water pressure. The Conditioner was empty upon arrival & need to have some sort of ‘night light’ available instead of only bright lights or TV. “Only issue I had was the coffee maker in my room did not work (I honestly didn't think to report it, I was there to attend a funeral and my mind was all over the place). I went to the breakfast area in search of coffee to find there was no coffee there either. I went to a fast food place nearby to get my morning coffee.”
