不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
The pool attendant was very rude and off putting. It was only my two kids in the pool and everything they did she would get mad. Down to having a cup of water that is available to guests. My son finished his and had little left and dumped it on his head and she told them that they were not allowed to have any more. She seemed miserable and like she didn't want to be there and was annoyed we were there. I finally had to say something to her after the 20th comment. and then I ran out to my car quick and she went and told the front desk girl ( front desk girl was very kind and welcoming). Im sorry but what is the point of having a pool attendant that sits there glaring at two kids who aren't doing anything wrong. I feel her time could be better spent doing something productive and because of her I will not be coming back. She made it very uncomfortable and if she could infront of me then Could imagine how she would be without me there or to kids in general. My kids are respectful and are kids having fun in a waterslide and pool. If your business has a problem with this then I would suggest you get rid of your waterslide and also do renovations since it is no place to act like it is a 5 star.
