Very noisy
When we arrived there was no bedding for the couch bed, I had to go buy some even though I told the host my brother and I were renting the apartment for 2 weeks to tend to our sisters needs. The apartment was on the main floor, very close to the entry door. There is absolutely no sound proofing to the apartment and we heard every person coming or going at all times of the day or night. At the end of the 1st week I contacted the host about a mop to clean the floors and some fresh towels. He told me the unit will be cleaned after we left and that 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths was enough for 2 people. . it does not have handicap accomadations at all. It served the purpose of why we were there but because of the noise and the lack of curtains to block the light from the porch light in the living room where the second bed is, I can't recommend this unit to future renters.
