“Room was very clean with new beds. All the staff was really good. Especially in the restaurant. The pool was absolutely amazing and the change rooms were really clean ”

Only thing I didn’t like was that I had a corner building and I felt like the other units could look inside my room while my blinds were open when I was trying to enjoy the view I had”

“The breakfast was good. Had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fan was making a horrible noise in my room and they fixed it right away. I got a free shuttle from and to the airport. The hotel is right next to the train tracks and the train does go by in the night. Better to stay on the north, west side of the hotel.”

“Terrible parking system, added an extra $66 to my stay. I paid for a King room, got a 2 queen instead. TV stopped working, had to call maintenance to fix. Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again. ”
