「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

「Nice place. Good continental breakfast with a perfect pool/spa for kids with a depth of only 3-4ft. Rooms clean and updated, large bathroom - no tub in our room at least. Overall, happy with the stay.」

「Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. Very worn and dirty…and asked for a room that sleeps three people gave me a room with one bed…. Would not give me a rollaway or other accommodation. Overall, a debacle」

「It was a nice surprise that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, which were not listed in the amenities. I paid extra for the room with a queen bed and pull-out couch so my adult child and I could have separate beds as an extra comfort for our quick stay. However, when I opened up the couch it was absolutely filthy with stains, crumbs, dirt, etc. It was clear it doesn't get cleaned. There were also no bed linens immediately available for it.
