My only suggestion would be to provide some instructions to explain how to run the thermostat in the rooms. "Had a great recent stay in Madrid's Hard Rock Hotel. It was very easy to get to from Atocha Station, and is a quick walk to El Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and one of the more well designed rooms I have been on in my business travels. The breakfast is worth the additional charge for nice variety and the convenience. I also caught an excellent live show in the lobby, which I highly enjoyed while sipping a massive espresso martini from the on-site bar!"

"Ideal hotel if you are looking for a place to rest your head before a morning flight at Madrid–Barajas Airport. The rooms are basic, clean, creatively decorated with clouds patterns on the ceilings and minimalists storage on the wall. The hallways and lobby area are similarly decorated and generally provide a fun vibe for this hotel. Downstairs there is a small bar area with video games and seating, including an awesome Alien pinball machine - shame it was broken as I would have loved to play. The staff member at the desk spoke great English and was really friendly and genuine. My only complaint is the pillows were too soft and no extra ones were offered in the room nor was there a blanket. These two element would have made the room just a bit more comfortable."
