"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. Very nice duplex at the edge of the ski runs

"Parfait! Appartement idéalement situé dans Plagne Village : pied des pistes, commerces à proximité, restaurants, location de matériel de ski, école de ski et Télébus pour rejoindre facilement Plagne Centre. Belle vue de l'appartement! Nous étions 3 adultes et avons apprécié de séjourner dans un appartement plein de charme et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!"

"Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"

La Plagne-Tarentaise: Chalet Mériers

"A lovely stay in a lovely chalet. Dominque and her husband were incredibly helpful from start to finish. The chalet was nicely built and away from 'the madding crowd'. Only a walk (or ski through trees) to get down the the Roche lift and easy ski back in. Well stocked with nice furniture and equipment and beds were comfortable. Only criticism was that the vrbo advert stated that it was a 1 min walk into La Plagne which is incorrect. Either ski down from the top of the Roche lift, catch a ski shuttle at the top of the chalet road (next to the luges start car park), or drive. By road it's about 10 min away. So whilst it was a little frustrating we ended up enjoying the peace and quiet and cooking in. Dominique and her husband were also there to meet us with their snow tractor which made easy work of our luggage. Make sure to stop for a food shop on the way as this can go in to the chalet at the same time on the tractor."

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

APARTMENT 6/8 PEOPLE LOVES 2000 SKI IN SKI OUT

"We had a fantastic stay at the apparent and a brilliant week skiing. The flat was warm and clean and had everything we need to cook for the week. Close to the shops and restaurants and it was great to be able to ski to and from the door. A fantastic hot shower and amazing views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. The only really disappointment about the stay was the message we received from the owner to say we had left the flat dirty having spent time making sure that we had left it clean and tidy. We were sent a bill for 100 euros for the place to be cleaned! No reply was made from the owner in response to us querying the state of the flat. It felt like a bit of a money grab from the owner especially when we were happy to meet the agent the night before to hand over the apparent in a clean a tidy state. They did not wish to meet us! So would we recommend this place, yes but I would be concerned you might be sent a bill regardless of how clean and tidy you left it! "
