「It was spacious and hardily located 」

「Communication was excellent. Due to a medical appointment we appreciated an early check in. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and outside seating area. The coffee shop outside the Boulevard provided great options for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Katsuco Japanese restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the Boulevard. Westfield North Lakes was a 5-10 minute walk. A great location for short or long term stays.」

「The studio is a delightfully positioned, in a quiet yet central part of Scarborough Beach. Though compact (to be expected, its a studio), its very well appointed and the layout is fine for a couple. It's generous terrace / full-width glass sliders provides an overall sense of space. Secure under-building parking is also a plus. We will stay here again for sure.」

「The apartment was larger I expected, very clean and comfortable. Beach is directly across the road and cafes and shops nearby. Was quiet at night and very pleasant to sit on the patio. Highly recommended!」

「Beautiful unit. Lovely location. 」

「The place was just as advertised...has everything you need and very clean. Close to shops. We had a few dinners across the road, overlooking the water while watching the sunset. Unlimited wifi was an absolute bonus, as we had a few rainy days and I was very grateful as I was able to monitor my T1 diabetic daughter.s, especialy for my T1 diabeti wifi 」

「On arrival at the property & opening the door, I was met with an initial ‘catty/cat litter needs changing’ type smell. However, this was not noticeable after being in the apartment for a few minutes. It continued to be noticeable on entry throughout my stay & was reported to the agent. The apartment was ideal for my needs during my stay & matched the information & pictures on the booking website. It is ideally situated for all local amenities & has a great outlook to Pumicestone Passage. I would...
