「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「We've just come back from an absolutely lovely short stay at the Cliffden, primarily to visit local friends but also for a bit of relaxing family time. The hotel itself and grounds are gorgeous with helpful, generous staff. Our room was basic but a good size and had everything we needed, we missed out on a Seaview and would definitely request that next time. The pool and easy access to town through the gardens really made the stay but we also really enjoyed the restaurant with exceptional staff...
