“A perfect stay for our Hocking Hills getaway! Close enough to town to be convenient, but tucked away off a winding road to not feel in town, this bungalow is clean, cozy and the perfect spot for you and your pups. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the front yard and the oversized living room had ample space for their kennels. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could need including a comfortable king size bed. Check in and out was easy and hassle free, 5 stars for both……

There were plenty of recommendations about things to do and places to eat, many of which we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The listing stated that there was a washer and dryer but there were not. The hosts stated that this was an error in the listing which would be fixed. The only other issue we had was the water heater that went……

“The house was great. It had plenty of seating, and the living room and bedroom furniture was very comfortable. I loved the Victorian style, dark wood, and antique feel. It had a large kitchen and upstairs bathroom (along with the downstairs half bath). Note that no bedrooms are on the ground floor, if that is important to you. It is dog and cat friendly. The house was very clean, but the living room could have been cleaned of cat and dog hair better. Bring a lint roller, but that is……

“House was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be the hidden 50 pet fee that did not appear anywhere on the advertisement for the property. All fees were supposably included with the listed cost. We didn't find out until we were charged the additional 50 that there was a 50 pet fee for this property. The 50 additional pet fee only appears in the fine print of the exhaustive rental agreement when you are actually booking the rental. The web site should clearly list……

“This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. ”

“We came here as a family for a mini reunion. We from Arizona and the rest of my family from out of the country. We loved how much space we had! We thought it does feel a tad dim, like it could have used more lights in the living room. And could have used better knives, 9x13 pans and bowls in the kitchen, and could have used tin foil. We did have a pleasant surprise to see a grill out back! But over all it met our needs and we had a great time! ”
