「Good hotel」

「Are you kidding? Facility is hanging on by their fingernails and is more an indignant housing than a motel. 」

「Older property but worked fine for us, tons of places to eat and drink. Lots and lots of little shops to shop. Overall a decent value for the area.」

「I booked a room with a roll in shower yet the hotel knew at the time that the appropriate room was already booked and never told me. Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating.」

「入住的非常好，前台工作人员非常友善，也非常热情，整个酒店的工作人员都非常的专业，很热情，房间清洁也很到位，设施不算很新，但也都能用维护的都很好，吹风机的风也很大，我是全家带小孩入住，非常推荐这个酒店，早餐花样不多，但该有的全部都有很齐全大家也都非常热情，我很喜欢这个酒店，如果下次再来，我还会选择入住这里」

「This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.」

「All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!」

「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」
