"Nasty room N smell nasty"

"Hello, I stayed one night with my wife in this hotel and the truth is that it was terrible. I arrived at 11 in the morning, they told me that the room would be ready by 3 and that's fine because that's the normal check-in time. I arrived at 3:20 and they told me that the room wasn't ready yet. I started to ask them how it was possible that the room wasn't ready. In the end, they gave me one, but the person who attended me at the counter was in a bad mood, a person who didn't even apologize and had no interest in making me feel good. After that, I stayed in any number of hotels and they asked me for documents of all kinds. In this hotel, they charged a higher deposit than in other hotels and much better hotels. It's weird. The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either, and that's all."

"Room was not properly cleaned and two steps from the bathroom to the bed had my feet filthy. They were all too happy not to offer any services and made you feel like a bother when assisting you. Not worth it for anything more than a quick stay if no other choices were available."

"The kitchen was very well equipped, with all tools needed for cooking a simple meal, as well as basics such as salt, pepper, sugar etc. There is also a coffee machine and a microwave, and a dishwasher, with all cleaning materials such as dish washing soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and dish towels. "Property was updated and room was clean. Breakfast was available, and basic. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Staff was helpful and pleasant. One elevator didnt work for a day but was repaired. Will stay again. "
