Large and bright three-room apartment

Apartment on the ground floor in a characteristic building. Bright, with two balconies and large windows with panoramic views. The building is located in the hamlet of Lavancher, near the center but immersed in an expanse of beautiful vineyards.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and the second with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower (RENOVATED END OF APRIL 2019) and washing machine and a large living area with kitchen (changed in June 2019) to supply, in the living room , a comfortable double sofa bed.
The car park is located a few meters from the entrance of the apartment where, from here, in a few minutes you can reach the central street of the village equipped with services, shops and convenient bus stops for the neighboring countries.
A few minutes drive you can reach the thermal baths of Pre saint Didier and the beautiful towns of Courmayeur and La Thuile with their city centers rich in tourism and ski resorts.
Also easy to reach are the Pila lifts and the Aosta capilluogo.

L'appartamento ha un ampio soggiorno con angolo di cottura funzionale.È luminoso, silenzioso, con molto spazio intorno e un piccolo ma piacevole balcone.La casa è bene attrezzata.Per accedere all'appartamento bisogna percorrere alcuni gradini. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Morgex e a circa 20 minuti da un supermercato molto rifornito.Sia il centro che la farmacia e il supermercato sono raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti con disponibilità di parcheggio.La sig.ra Chiara è stata disponibile a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti che si sono verificati.Il guardaroba della camera matrimoniale è poco funzionale.La mancanza di Wifi ci ha creato qualche piccolo problema.

L'appartamento ha del potenziale ma la cura dello stesso non è delle migliori. Pavimento sporco, panca della cucina piena di briciole, termosifoni talmente sporchi da avere cumuli di polvere all'interno. Appena arrivati non abbiamo trovato nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica, né sapone di alcun tipo. La location, l' arredamento e le facilities potrebbero rendere il soggiorno molto confortevole. Peccato.

L’emplacement en haut de la colline est agréable mais les volets et fenêtres sans double vitrage ont bien vieillis et font beaucoup de bruit quand on les ferme ou les ouvre à part ça l’appartement est spacieux ,un grand lit en 180 ,une bonne télévision et une machine à laver Sont des petits plus bien agréable s

Great accommodation

We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. We loved the location but you do need a car if you are wanting to travel to the nearby ski resorts. Definitely recommend this place to others. We’d love to come back!

Wohnung gut ausgestattet! Man kann wirklich kochen. Ideal für 4 Personen. Ruhige Lage. Mitnahme von Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Geschirrtüchern und Müllsäcken ist erforderlich. Heizung hat gut funktioniert.

Esperienza davvero bellissima! Morgex lo conosco molto bene ma la casa di Chiara è stata una piacevole sorpresa..ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, si avverte l’amore è i sacrifici che sono stati spesi per rendere confortevole l’appartamento! Vista mozzafiato..torneremo sicuramente! Tutto super😃

Skiing in Courmayeur, La Thuile, Pila

Perfect for our family of 5, we found the apartment to be nice, spacious, modern, warm and clean. We stayed in December and travelled daily by car for skiing in Courmayeur (15mins), La Thuile (25mins) and Pila (30mins). There was free parking outside the apartment, and each day we visited a different resort to find the best conditions (each of the ski resorts had paid parking near the chair lifts). There are some great local restaurants, recommended by Chiara. Also, we arrived at 1am and was sent videos showing us the apartment location, which was super helpful, thanks. There was a small additional charge for bed linen and towels. There is 2 bedrooms - a double bed in one room, a bunk bed in the other, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. We would happily stay in this place again, thanks.
