The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1895, renovated in 2012, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, and sun lounger.
Location
Pannone di Mori, Pannone di Mori district, 771 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. A shared garden with the owners of the house is available. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Free unattended parking 60 metres from the house at the square, the cemetery or the church in Pannone.

Central heating, underfloor heating. A wood stove is available in the living area. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, cable. The accommodation is disabled-friendly and allergy-free, featuring hypoallergenic pillows and grab bars (toilet, shower, bathtub). Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.
