“Delightful hotel with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed a few delicious evening meals with a beer or two. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the future !”

“部屋はコンパクトでとても快適でした。冷蔵庫、電気ポット、コーヒー、紅茶、ヘアドライヤーなど一通りそろっています。強いて言えば、カーテンの生地が薄いので、外の光を遮ることができれば良かったと思います。あと椅子が固い丸椅子なので座り心地はいまひとつでした。 全体的に使いやすく居心地は良かったです。朝食は、パンやインド式のピラフなど炭水化物メインです。カットフルーツや飲み物もあるし、卵をリクエストすれば焼いてくれるので充分でした。無料のボトルウォーターは、詰め替え用のボトルなので、なくなったらフロントで補充してくれます。 スタッフの笑顔や、静かで落ち着いた接客は、とても雰囲気が良くて快適でした。またここに泊まりたいと思います！”

“The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic.”

“I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew.……

“Breakfast menu needs improvement. Also restaurant needs major makeover and timings needs to be extended atleast till 12am. Rest everything is completely perfect. ”

“It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that.”

“Well…. I made an exceptional choice when I booked this place! I don’t know where to start really….Rosy and her sons are lovely, warm hearted people and will go out of their way to help you, whether it’s organising a rental scooter, airport transfer or even advising on where to visit. My room, no 3, was quiet and peaceful. The bed was the most comfortable I’d slept in during my (so far) 6 weeks in India. I simply cannot recommend this place enough..go, stay, sleep and enjoy. I did and hope to……

“Overall, our stay at Riva was pleasant, the beach was very convenient and clean, the staff were courteous, helpful and the resort is as green and lush as you could imagine. The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient. The rooms have a button for DND, which disables when you take the room key out……
