“Good place to enjoy holiday ”

“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“Simple, but spacious, very comfy and easy for a family with a toddler (who loved the pool).”

“Appears newly renovated. Very clean and tidy room with good fit out. Excellent guest WiFi. ”

“Close to the beach, clean and affordable price. Amenities are basic and room is small, but it's totally fine for a one-night stay”

“Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.”
