「Wonderful stay! The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming and always helpful, and the hotel had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.」

Not something that could be addressed immediately by bothering the staff, but something we found ourselves lamenting throughout the days after sleeping on them. 「The front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the property was excellent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff could benefit from closer supervision. The restaurant was often empty, which initially made us think the food might not be very good. However, we later realized that the issue was not the food, but rather the staff’s lack of motivation and engagement. On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant because we did not feel like going out....

Pero lo mejor fue el desayuno a la carta con varias y buenas opciones. Tiene varias piscinas en la azotea muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Recomiendo este hotel sin pensarlo dos veces y estoy seguro que volveré.」
