"The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. "This is definitely not a 4 star hotel in anyway shape or form. The room was clean specifically the bedding, but definitely needs updating especially the bathroom from the room we stayed and the old carpet in the room, and then old furniture. The restrooms in the lobby are really old and need major maintenance. The pool like other people have mentioned in other reviews is really dirty. I would stay here again but not go in the pool and hoping they offer rooms without carpets."
