We spent Christmas week at Waterside and had a wonderful time.

We spent Christmas week at Waterside and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and worked perfectly for all five of us. Great to have two separate floors for the bedrooms. The view out over the river at the back was a joy, especially the winter sunrise, and from the front the silhouette of Warkworth Castle is stunning. The owner had been so kind and thoughtful in decorating the house for the festivities - even the kitchen scourer was in the shape of a snowman! There is plenty of space for a family, the house was immaculate, cosy and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

I stayed with my school friends so we wanted a 4 bedroom accommodation.

I stayed with my school friends so we wanted a 4 bedroom accommodation. No hesitation booking Waterside after staying there last year for the same reason. The house is so comfortable & well equipped, lovely to have breakfast in the rear garden in the sunshine! Fabulous location with Warkworth village less than a 2 minute walk away, pub even closer! Would happily return again.
