Stayed two nights with a group of six. An excellent hotel. The hotel is spotless, rooms are comfortable and bathroom appeared brand new - absolutely perfect. Evening meal and breakfast were very good.

Superb Hotel in a Quaint Village

The hotel and the staff were brilliant. Room 7 was clean, big and well stocked. Evening food, breakfast and packed lunch was brilliant. What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Northumberland Coast.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights while catching up with friends found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. The room was very comfortable also had food in the restaurant on the first night which was very good the fish and chips were the star of the show 👌. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely friendly welcome at check in, and this continued throughout our stay. The restaurant is excellent, I have never had a steak pie with so much meat, it was beautiful. We had a room on the upper floor, it was beautifully presented , comfortable and clean. Would stay again

Very enjoyable.

Lovely room with character. Room on ground floor feet away from the through road but noise insignificant. Staff very helpful with good service. Excellent cooked to order breakfast with a variety of options. Small free car park to the rear accomodating about 8 cars. Public car park in the square and by the river if you follow through past the Square and the Church.
