“I loved this hotel. My room on the 5th floor was just lovely. The shower took a while to warm up but then there was plenty of hot water. Fabulous location just at the base of the hill where you walk up to castle, 2 min from the Roman amphitheater, and steps from all the shops, restaurants and scenic streets of the old town. ”

“Manuel and Kata have a fabulous property here, each suite slightly different from the last. We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Highly recommended location in the middle of everything and in a Hapsburg palace no less. ”

The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. ”
