“There are too many mosquitoes at the door”

“Room itself was clean. Exterior concrete was in bad shape, steel structure on the stairwell was rusted to the point of being sketchy, NO vending or ice on the property, waited about 20 minutes before finally calling the motel to get someone at the desk to check-in.”

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”

“There for a funeral. My mom loved that a Cracker Barrel was in walking distance. They have competition in there parking lot so they have to keep up. Loved the staff. I asked if we could borrow there bathrooms so we could change before we got on the road. They told us absolutely and take our time. With it being such a hard day I really appreciated that.”

“Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the……

“I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was ……

“Beds and pillows are extra soft. Prepare for back pain. For a hotel this size, the pool is tiny.”

“It is a convenient location. The appearance of the building was disappointing and dated, but the lobby was nice as was the staff and the breakfast. It is right near a loud highway was made it hard to sleep. We had to run the air conditioner to sleep. The bathroom was clean .”
