Had everything we needed and even though there was a rv park across the street, with the trees it felt secluded and peaceful. “We had a group of 6 with pets. The backyard was perfect for the pets. Make sure to bring bug spray as the whole area had mosquitoes very bad. “I would say the cottage is modest but comfortable. It is located at the edge of Petit Jean State Park so it is near everything the park has to offer. I planned to bring my dog but changed my mind at the last minute. It would have been perfect for travel with a pet. It is located far from the highway and has a very large field for dogs to run and play. ”

“This is a great cabin. The pictures don't do it justice. The cabin is clean, cozy and well stocked. The lake view is amazing - so peaceful and quiet. I nice deck area to sit, relax and watch the sunset. There's a nice place for a campfire, bikes to ride, outside games to play and fishing equipment you can use. Check-in was easy as Larry messaged me with instructions and he was available for any questions. We had a lovely time and would stay there again.”
