“It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.”
