「The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms.」

「The Hampton Inn McMinnville was an excellent host for my stay there along with 20 or so others. The breakfast bar (included) was fantastic with a great selection and quantity to choose from. We reserved a meeting room close to the breakfast area to set up our own area to relax as a group with a buffet and bar for drinks. The staff and especially the night manager were extremely accommodating and responsive to our group needs. The only issue I encountered in my room (201) was the bathroom sink...

「Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.」

「The staff are wonderful. The property is dated with some improvements to the rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. A perfect place to stop to rest before moving on.」

「Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.」

「They don’t change sheets and pillowcases. Hair on sheets and bad smell on pillows. Roach shows up on table also.」

「Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby.」
