「Communication with the owner/manager was on point every step of the way. House was as described. Electricity was out when we got there, however Amber called us an hour before we arrived to let us know, offered us two different rentals in case it didn't come back on. However wasn't needed as the power came on about 20 minutes after arrival. Beautiful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard.
