「I wouldn’t go there again just wasn’t the cleanest and like kids went to get pop machine didn’t work just rude we came night early and did check out on day reservation because I got really sick and can’t get my money back i would never go back I would’ve never asked for it but I was sick and had three kids with me and pool area just touched rude people get mad at the kids for swimming in there place. But the worst was because I got really sick and couldn’t stay second night but no money back not...

「The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.」

「The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. 」

「Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.」
