“The house has a beautiful garden and swimming pool and is well equipped. We had the apartment on the first floor with covered terrace. It is a good spot to visit the sea, the mountains and beautiful villages.”

“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das Haus und der Pool waren ordentlich umzäunt, so dass die Kinder allein im Hof spielen konnten. Die Lage ist gut! Man bekommt die Schönheit der Abruzzen zu sehen und ist ebenso schnell in den Bergen, wie am Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.”

“This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area.”

“We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian area below. We did not use the kitchen; there are great cafes and restaurants in……

“Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Giacintas Anwesen ist wundervoll für eine ruhige Auszeit. Bzgl. der Umgebung empfehle ich, sich gut zu erkundigen. Die alten Stadtkerne sind in ihrer Mittelalteranmutung schön, aber sehr verlassen. Die Strände, die wir gesehen haben, sehr vom Hochtourismus geprägt. Muss man mögen. Landschaftlich von schön bis, naja, nicht so schön. Fazit - wer sich im Anwesen entspannen möchte, findet hier das Richtige. Unternehmungen sollten vorher gut geplant sein.”

“Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……

“Rien que pour l’accueil ça vaut la peine d’aller au Anita Domus. Déborah, Aldo et Manuel forment une équipe formidable dévoués, gentils et très communicatifs . L’appartement est luxueux, très grand, bien équipé, lits , toilettes, lavabo et serviettes propres. La douche fonctionne bien mais aurait besoin de rénovation. Rien ne manque, tant à la cuisine que dans les deux salles de bain. L’autobus passe à la porte pour les déplacements et l’ascenseur permet aux gens âgés et avec enfants. La mer est……

“L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta.”

“We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!”
