The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Great place to stay, extremelly clean, well arranged, friendly staff and ready to help. Very good restaurant, not too many options but they are changing the menu completelly on a daily basis! So for sure you will find someting new each time when you'll attend. The food quality is very good, starting from breakfast to dinner. Room impecably clean, everything very well maintained.
